What this service is
Tyama is an app for personal notes with a board of tasks and an AI assistant that proposes where a fresh capture belongs. It runs as it is, it keeps developing, and individual features may change or go away over time.
Your account
Signing in takes an email and a password. You are responsible for keeping the password safe and for everything done from your account. If you notice access you did not grant, change the password and write to us.
An account is personal. Do not create one on someone else's behalf and do not use someone else's email.
How you may and may not use it
Tyama is for your notes. Do not use it to store or spread unlawful content, to break the service, to work around its limits, to load it with automated requests, or to reach anybody else's data. This is not a formality: such things spoil the service for everyone.
Your content stays yours
The rights to everything you write remain yours. We claim nothing over your notes and use them for nothing beyond making the app behave the way you expect.
The technical permission we have to process your content is exactly what running the service takes: displaying it, searching it, keeping a backup, and — at your request — sending it to the model or to your calendar.
What the AI does, and what it does not
The assistant applies nothing on its own. It proposes — a title, a folder, tags, edits to the text — and the decision is always yours: a proposal is shown in full before you accept it. That is a deliberate choice, not a limitation.
The model can be wrong and can invent things. Do not lean on its answers where a mistake is expensive: check what matters yourself.
Availability and liability
The service is provided «as is». We do everything reasonable to keep it running and your data intact, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation: there are failures, updates, and problems at the third-party services Tyama depends on.
Keep your own copy of anything critical. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profit arising from your use of the service.
Ending it
You can leave at any time — deleting the account is in Settings, with a seven-day window to change your mind. We may suspend access if an account is used for the things in the section above, or where the law requires it.
Changes and contact
